Please stop on in so we can take a look at what is happening. Some problems can be fixed by changing the length of the jewelry. Some problems can be fixed by changing how you are taking care of your piercing. Other problems can be fixed by not sleeping on your fresh piercing. We can’t know what will help you with out looking at the piercing and talk with you.

What style of jewelry do you use for surface bars?

• We use a flat staple bar that is 14g in size and typically 1/2” in length but sometimes can be 5/8” in length.

Do you use needles or a biopsy punch when you pierce dermals?

• We use tri-bevel single use needles for all of our piercings.

Some piercings can bruise and that is normal. Bruising will typically start to fade in 3-4 days but can take up to a week or 2 to completely go away.

Some piercings swell significantly once being pierced and that is normal. Taking NSAIDs if possible can help with swelling. Cold compresses can also help. Please be mindful of using clean supplies when making a cold compress.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and a valid form of Identification and Birth Certificate.

  • This includes Driver’s License, ID, Permit, Passport, Child Safe Card, or School ID and Original birth certificate.

    • The birth certificate for the minor must be an original. No photocopies or hospital copies. The Birth certificate must have the registered seal.

• Parent or guardian must bring a valid form of Identification.

  • Note to Guardians: If you have been assigned legal custody of the minor, you must also provide the original court paperwork assigning custody.

• We cannot perform any piercing on a minor without all of the above documents. Please contact the shop for more information regarding piercing minors if you still have questions. Thank you for your cooperation.

Minor Restrictions

• We cannot pierce the following piercings on a minor:

  • Tongue

  • Dermal/Anchor of any kind.

  • Anti-eyebrows

  • Nipples

  • Genitalia

  • Anything not anatomy supported, age appropriate, or lifestyle appropriate.

Piercings we do not perform for anyone:

• Dimples

• Frog Eyes

• Horizontal Tongue

• Eyelids/Eyeball

• Mandible

• Uvula

• Fingers, Toes, and their webs.

• Triangle

• Anything not anatomy supported or lifestyle appropriate.

• This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to refuse any piercing.

We do not pierce infants!

Infant piercings are not safe, consensual or appropriate for anatomy at that age.

Infants have a tendency to touch everything and that can lead to infections of the piercing.

At that age they are unable to consent and we can't pierce someone who can't consent.

Lastly, at that age the earlobe is not done growing and the piercing can become crooked by the time they are a toddler and at that point it cannot be fixed.

Touch-ups are allowed 6-8 weeks after the day it was tattooed.

They are free unless otherwise discussed.
