Requirements to be Pierced
Everyone
Eat within 4 hours of the appointment.
Do not consume any drugs or alcohol within 24 hours of the appointment.
Over 18
Bring a valid form of Identification. This includes Driver’s License, ID, Permit or Passport. Please make sure they are up to date.
Under 18
Please contact the shop to find out the minimum age for the piercing you would like to get.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and a valid form of Identification and Birth Certificate.
This includes Driver’s License, ID, Permit, Passport, Child Safe Card, or School ID and Original birth certificate.
The birth certificate for the minor must be an original. No photocopies or hospital copies. The Birth certificate must have the registered seal.
Parent or guardian must bring a valid form of Identification.
Note to Guardians: If you have been assigned legal custody of the minor, you must also provide the original court paperwork assigning custody.
We cannot perform any piercing on a minor without all of the above documents. Please contact the shop for more information regarding piercing minors if you still have questions. Thank you for your cooperation.
Restrictions
Piercings we do not preform for anyone:
Dimples
Frog Eyes
Horizontal Tongue
Eyelids/Eyeball
Mandible
Uvula
Fingers, Toes, and their webs.
Anything not anatomy supported or lifestyle appropriate.
This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to refuse any piercing.
No infant piercings
Infant piercings are not safe, consensual or appropriate for anatomy at that age. Infants have a tendency to touch everything and that can lead to infections of the piercing. At that age they are unable to consent and we can't pierce someone who can't consent. Lastly, at that age the earlobe is not done growing and the piercing can become crooked by the time they are a toddler and at that point it cannot be fixed.
Minor Restrictions
We cannot pierce the following piercings on a minor:
Dermal/Anchor of any kind.
Anti-eyebrows
Nipples
Genitalia
Anything not anatomy supported, age appropriate, or lifestyle appropriate.
